For agencies, studios & in-house teams

Any size team.
Any size budget.

Add a producer who also speaks strategy, copy and systems. I plug into your stack as the person who owns the budget, the calendar and the lock date, so the work stays good and still ships.

Brief in, plan out

What kind of project
is on your desk?

The brief, as it arrives

“We have a song, a budget, and a date. Can you make it look like the artist feels?”

Pre-production

  • Treatment and references
  • Locations, permits and gear
  • Crew, talent and call sheets

Production

  • Shoot days and transport
  • Catering and vendor runs
  • On-set problem solving

Post & delivery

  • Edit, color and sound
  • Review rounds
  • Platform-ready exports

Where I earned it

A team player
who can run the room.

How I plug in

Early, midway,
or when it’s on fire.

  1. Find the real askAudience, goals, constraints and the decision hiding under the deliverable.
  2. Make it legibleTurn the idea into references, roles and a plan every department can use.
  3. Run the moving partsSchedules, vendors, crews and budgets, tracked in one place.
  4. Hand it off cleanDeliverables, files and notes the next person can pick up without a meeting.

Short-staffed, scaling up, or mid-crunch?

Bring the brief.
I’ll bring the plan.

Freelance, contract or embedded. Production, campaign operations, client-facing work, or the project that currently lives between departments.
