Mixture of Experts is so last year. This is a mixture of agents: each agent is a whole harness, meaning a model plus its tools, memory and rules, and they all work on one shared bus. They read their own Soul.md and Brain.md, choose between cloud and local models, and plug into tools through MCP. The philosophy: enable AI instead of fencing it in, and let Git catch the mistakes.
- A request lands on the bus.
- An agent claims it.
- It reads Soul.md (who it is) and Brain.md (what we know).
- It checks the code graph, picks cloud or local, then the right model.
- It works through tools over MCP, commits to Git, and Heartbeat.md checks back later.
